Lower Cape Outreach Council (LCOC)
DATE: November 2019 until April 2020. 2nd and 4th Friday of the month

The Program, in collaboration with LCOC, involves health monitoring with the Barnstable County Public Health Nurses. Participants receive an extra bag of fresh fruits/vegetables twice a month and free recipes, food samples, and ideas for healthy eating. The program is completely confidential for every participant.
